First of all the address & the pictures located above do not correspond. This location is the one that used to be sprint not the new location so that in itself is misleading as people are probably getting confused & posting the reviews in the wrong location.Let me start by saying that I was helped by the manager who stated he “could not be misleading” as I told him about my past experiences. When he offered me a “free phone” Eric is his name I believe & although I asked for the monthly multiple times he kept changing the subject or going around the answer continuously as my previous phone had broke I was in a bit of an urge- I was told how much I would pay out the door. However he stated that I was getting a promotion in which the phone would be at HALF PRICE – MISLEADING ; HE SIGNED THE RECEIPT HIMSELF!!! THIS MUCH IS ILLEGAL. I did not get a chance to look at the receipt myself as it was kept on his end the whole time & simply stuffed it in my bag & had me on my way. When I looked at the receipt I was in awe to see he would simply SIGN FOR ME & I was not given any promotion whatsoever. I regret not being more firm in asking the exact amount I would be paying monthly as now I’m up for a whooping 113$ a month. Will pay the phone off immediately and be on my way. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SWITCHING OVER, I UNDERSTAND IT IS THEIR JOB TO SELL US PRODUCTS BUT BEING MISLEADING IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY. Honestly just go through apple. It will save you money in the long run.

Don’t buy any prepaid plans from Tmobile. They are so irresponsible about their plan. I had bought $60 unlimited plan ,but you can’t receive calls. And they are just collecting money. If you are thinking to buy a plan. I wish u good luck.
