I can’t say enough wonderful things about the warm, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring staff at Davidson & Licht! The personal, white glove service I receive every time I walk in the door makes me feel like part of the family. I went in yesterday and was greeted with a smile and offered a refreshment while I shopped. I went in to purchase a band for my Apple Watch to have a little something nicer than the sport band it came with, and was shown the most beautiful sterling silver watch band with diamonds on each side and fell in love! They cleaned and polished it for me (along with my wedding bands, complimentary) and told me they would be happy to clean it for me anytime I came to visit. They sized it to fit me perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with it! Thank you for your wonderful service and beautiful selection, can’t wait to come back for my next splurge ☺️

I’ve bought two watches from Davidson & Licht and will 100% be coming back in the future. The store is conveniently located, spacious, and spotless. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating.I mainly worked with Jake for my purchases and that experience was nothing but phenomenal. The first watch purchased was a gift for my Dad so there were quite a few unknowns at the time. Jake was able to help walk me through the decision process, find me the perfect watch, and extended the return/exchange window to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible with the purchase.After that first experience, I was hooked. Jake stayed in touch via email, and kept an eye out for a particular watch. We checked in monthly, and he was able to find me my watch much earlier than expected. The pick up process felt VIP — special presentation table, sizing, detailed explanation, everything! Jake and Kevin went the extra mile to make sure the experience was flawless.

We had a great experience with Orlando at Davidson and Licht! He was super patient with us and as other reviewers have mentioned, he cared about us buying something we’d be thrilled with and we are! No high pressure tactics at D & L, very comfortable buying experience. We definitely were a challenge because we shopped around before we purchased and did a lot of online research. The showroom can feel a little intimidating at first but we found they carry great quality pieces at fair pricing.
