Public Storage is the best choice for your storage needs & Elise is one of their best members at the Daly City location. I had an issue with my storage unit. I brought my issue to Elise. She helped me explore my options & because of that discussion, I decided that I actually would benefit from increasing the size of my storage unit.Elise is great! Rude attendantNot sure who runs the office, but she doesn’t explain things clearly or concisely. I was told I’d get a free month of storage. Never happened. The hours here are awkward 6am-6pm, and it’s rare you can get a straightforward answer from office staff. I was also told I’d get a free lock, and I was charged for it anyway. Accessibility and security are an issue as they don’t really have any cameras anywhere of consequence. Get another storage locker company folks.
