I don’t whether to be mad, cry, or laugh… this is too funny but also makes me mad. This is not what I asked for. Overall, I am appalled! I went in and asked for a bath and TRIM. We based everything I wanted from a previous appointment which was bath, trim, and nail grind. I come back and my dog is completely shaved. WTH! I told the groomer this isn’t what I asked for and she proceeded to tell me that we had gone over a shave size of “7” before the appointment, which never happened. I was never shown the sample that they have and no numbers were mentioned because we never discussed that. I was still charged the bath and trim price which was 67$. If I could, I would’ve not paid a single cent!!I will continue to come here, but I’m sticking with Todd. Now every time I look at my dog, I laugh cause its so ugly!! The store seems pretty big. The workers were nice. I came in to return some dog boots that I thought were too big. I swapped them for a smaller size but turns out those were too small so I went back in for the bigger size. The lady was real nice about it. I came on a Saturday and it was not crowded but not dead either. Wait time was not too long. I called prior to arriving and the person on the phone was super helpful she even told me the exact aisle I could find my stuff on and was super confident about it like she knew off the top of her head I had to ask her again to be sure because I was not prepared for how confident she was. Below are the boots I bought. It comes in a 4 pack. They were about $20. I like them because they have rubber soles on the bottom. If you get the right size they stay on just fine but if its not a perfect fit they slide down. Its better to put the shoes on while your dog is standing up. I tried putting them on while they were laying down and it was a pain in the butt because they stood up and the boots were crooked and slid down, they just didnt fit right like that so put them on while they’re standing.

The second best pet supplies store in Chico hands down. Maybe the 1st it’s really a toss up because Northern Star Mills is also in town and they’re great too. One thing that sets Petsmart apart is they price match even online prices. And they do carry everything you would ever need for Cats, Dogs, and Parrots so they do have more products. But I like shopping at NSM more. It’s really hard to choose which one I best.
