A Bad: Dropped paper prescriptions off at 10:30 & was told 1 hour. Came back over 3 hours later & still had to wait an amount of time. Not impressed. A Good: However, the cashier at the front offered to get me the scooter…I have a broken ankle & hop w/1 leg and a walker.

As a corporate store, this CVS still has the feel of the old Longs, which was absorbed by CVS eons ago. Sure at time it can be frustrating, but for the most part the staff are friendly, helpful, and – surprise – plentiful!I don’t use their pharmacy much anymore because of the convenience of mail order (as well as the insurance drug plan pricing incentives); however, other than a long wait here or there, I found the pharmacy staff helpful and friendly.
