Mike was super awesome and really went above and beyond to get me a great deal on mattresses for myself and my son. I had already gone to 3 other stores before I walked into Moor’s. In each store it was hard to even get anyone’s attention even though there wernt many customers. My initial thought walking into this last store was I’m not gonna find anything here, this place is so much smaller.Mike greeted me when I walked in the door and asked me various questions to assess what I was really looking for. He was so knowledgeable about mattresses and he had a great friendly demeanor (even though he mentioned he was having a bad day). Sometimes its hard to find quality customer service that isn’t soaked in corporate undertones. After some wholesome conversation I was given an offer I really couldn’t refuse. I really didn’t expect to buy anything that day, but I ended up walking out with 2 mattresses, mattress protectors, and 4 pillows, free delivery at a price so much lower than what the other stores were offering. Highly recommend Moor’s we love our new beds and pillows
