The experience was great. My wife, daughter and I were met with a smile from Sargon and right away I wanted to jump in to the Tundra that we came to see. The process was easy. No pressure to buy. We were given our options. My only reason not to give a 5 star was that I had an appointment time and there was nobody in the lobby to check in. But other than that. Thank you Merced Toyota for my very first Truck that I have bought in the 30+ years I have been driving.

Went car shopping for a new car for myself knowing pretty much what i want and Stephen came up and asked if i needed any help. He showed me the car i wanted and told me all the features about it And let me test drive it and i was officially sold on the car. The buying process was just as smooth as the shopping process. I couldn’t of asked for an easier car shopping/buying experience. Will definitely be returning for my next car i buy in the future and highly recommend Merced Toyota to anyone looking for a car!
