The Asian/American guy today ,May 28 2021 was very bad at Customer service I went in with my uncle to pay his phone bill and I ask him for the late fees he told me if I knew how much was he paying I responded no cause the Phone bill was being paid by his wife that passed couple months ago and so he said I need to call some number which I told him if he could tell me how much was it, he gived me the price then another like what? I had to rise my voice a little cause I was not sure if he was understanding me which he rise his voice as well very poor customer service!! Decrease his Payment!!!!!!.

I came to switch me and my mom onto the same plan with T-Mobile from Verizon and at&t respectively and Tam made the process way smoother and easier than I could have expected. She was incredibly kind and helpful the whole process and answered all of our questions we had for her. Tam made both of our days with her incredible customer service.
