I got my new phone there a couple of months ago. There were two young ladies, I can’t remember their names, but they were so helpful, helped me find the exact phone I was looking for. Tonight, I had a technical issue with my phone, and was in the neighborhood, stopped by, and Abraham very quickly helped me out, solved all my problems. Fantastic customer service. I’m very impressed with them. They have my highest recommendation.

I went to switch my family of 4 over from T-mobile because of bad service and I thought I could get better service with cricket. Came to the store in the Park N Shop and the store was locked with a sign that said the workers were at lunch. Very upset because I didn’t get to get my family’s phones turned on. They need to have more than one person working at once so they can stay open! Never coming back again! Won’t get my service! Horrible Experience and I never even walked in the store. Management needs to do better because this is unacceptable.
