When I had a question no one was up front at the time and there were two other customers looking for someone but I ended up finding an associate towards the back and he helped me so much. He found kitten milk that I needed when there were none on the shelf and he also gave me some information on what to do about my newborn kitten and gave me the vet number for even more help on what to do. I wish I caught his name but hope he knows I appreciate him.

!!! Just got laughed at on the phone by employee when I asked for help with a sick pet. Don’t go here. They are really weird !!! TLDR: Upon adopting this hamster i was told I could bring her back to the store in case she got sick, and that she would get what care they could provide. I could pick her up if her condition improved. I agreed and said I’d call them if anything seemed off. Called when she got sick and got laughed at on the phone instead!I adopted a female short hair hamster a week ago. She was healthy until yesterday when she became stressed and she seems to have gotten wet tail. Petco gave me a printout with vet numbers and told me to call if she had any problems so today I did. Told them my hamster was sick and that I needed some help. I expected medication recs or something helpful at all? But the employee chuckled and said is that what they told you? and i said yeah. She simply said we close at 8 and didn’t give any further help. I asked if she could help me further. Got a flat No. At this point, already weirded out by the way i’m being spoken to. Almost seems like a drunk person, if i’m being brutally honest. I hung up and called again, asking to speak to someone else because I hadn’t been helped and had been laughed at. Employee laughed AGAIN and said I didn’t laugh at you., still offering no help. I asked again to speak to someone else and she said alright and put me on hold indefinitely. Terrible way to treat another person, freakish behavior here.
