I am a caregiver, I called before going into the office. As soon as we walked, a lady literally yelled, no we can’t help her she needs an appointment. Go, leave and call to make an appointment. I told her I had called ahead, she still didn’t want to help us. We were just going to drop off the hearing aid to get cleaned.Awful service. I would give 0 stars.
