I am sad to write this review because Ed and Jose were amazing yesterday when I went in to get 2 new mattress.I was told by Jose to call today to finish up some business I still had to complete. Jose said it should be no problem just call and you will be taken care of.When I called David answered the phone. He was completely unprofessional, refused to help me, and interrupted me every time I tried to talk.Common courtesy apparently is not common for David. I asked if Jose or Ed would be back tomorrow, and he said no. I said I would just wait to deal with either Jose or Ed, and I asked when they would be back. David said “I keep trying to say I don’t know!”This is not the customer service I expect. If Jose is at this location please go in. But if David is there expect sub par customer service.I really hope this review helps!!!

Spoke with Ed, who’s a really cool guy. Was amazing at detailing the entire situation of purchasing mattress, frames, brands and so much more. I will be returning to purchase what I need very soon. Thank you Ed, much appreciated!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gerry is cool but the other guy who services only veterans is a complete waste of time, lazy, incompetent, person. I went to pick up a mattress cover that I already purchased and he insisted there was other paying customers ahead of me, proceeded to call customer service while I was there and passive aggressively talk about me while I was standing there and then kicked me out of the store because he couldn’t solve the problem.
