Peter and the team at this Ashley Furniture location provided me with excellent service! Not only were the staff friendly and patient, they were also knowledgable about every home furnishing item they carry. Peter gave such great recommendations on mattresses and his knowledge of each model was extensive. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I had such a great experience at this this store and I plan to return again soon for other items.

This is my first time in this location. The location where I have gotten all my furniture was in new Rochelle. The service in Ashley is always great. I’ve never had any issues or problems. The salesman works with you. No pressure, I like that. Let me look around then approach me. I have a card with them so I’ve been making lots of home improvements. Compared to the other furniture stores in bay plaza. I would recommend everyone one to check out Ashley at least once before making a choice. I will be back for other things

If you want great items but horrible service… This is the place. The items purchased were amazing, can not complain about that but the service after the sale is just horrible. Patrick, said our purchase came with a bed frame but no headboard so we went ahead and ordered a headboard to go with the bed frame that was supposed to come with “the package”. He also said that the items would be delivered and assembled, he clearly said to tell the delivery men to place the mattress protector on the mattress after assembling all items. Well the day of the delivery they could not do that because apparently it was just an in home drop off. Immediately I contacted him but he did not answer my call nor text. In the meantime I spoke to customer service through a phone call and they said nothing could be done if I did not get in contact with him, which I find ridiculous, corporate should ALWAYS have a way to contact and manage situations were a customer can not reach a salesperson nor store. Then I opted to chat with someone virtually who at least sent them an email explaining the situation. It took him two days to get back to me because I said I would return everything. He said he was going to find out what happened and get back to me… Two days later NOTHING!!! I had to go into the store to speak to a manager, Luciano, who said corporate can pick up ALL items and refund them or he was going to try and find the inquiry and see what could be done. This was from May 10th, 2021 and still nothing has been resolved. Corporate seems to say they can not refund items that have already been delivered and yet their own store sales manager says otherwise… I always have to contact, or go out of my way to speak to them and nothing gets resolved. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! Once again items are great but service is horrible after sale. Who gets a whole bed set with no bed frame!?!?!? Exactly!
