It’s a smaller store compared to the others, but still as jam packed with interesting knick knacks and unique containers. The associates here are great though. They’ve always been super nice whenever I come in and checkout. Parking is a little sparse, but if you don’t mind walking there’s always a spot. I always love coming in just to see what’s new

It’s a nice and well organized store. Understandably during the pandemic, some of the aisles are currently closed and there are stacked unopened inventory boxes on the floor. Hopefully things with get back to normal soon!

I placed an online order 22 days ago. It was expected to be delivered today. A week ago I placed another order due a couple weeks from now. When I got a text message today stating that my order was ready for pickup I had forgotten about the previous order so I thought my recent order was early! Well it wasn’t. It was the older order that fit easily in a small bag. So I spent over 1.5 hours to pick up what I thought would require my truck. If the text message had the order number or better yet a link to the order I would not have had any confusion but it didn’t.Maybe The Container Store engineers can enhance the text messages to include a link to the order! It would be greatly appreciated…
