I dropped my sewing machine off for a repair. They told me it would take them three to four weeks to get to because they were backed up. I didn’t hear from them for two months. Perhaps at another time their service was better but the lack of communication was disappointing.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this store has been so incredibly rude. I’ve never written a google review before but felt inclined to write one for them. I’m a really kind and understanding person, but I just can’t believe how rudely I was treated all three times I visited this store (to make purchases!). I went out of my way to support them instead of Joann fabrics or Amazon because I love supporting local business. You’d think that a local small business would treat their customers with a basic level of respect, even just for self-preservation. Considering that other people have reported great customer service here, can’t help but feel that I may have even been discriminated against because of my age and race.On top of rudeness, neither of the two women were wearing covid masks inside the store when I walked in. On proceeded to talk with me without a mask. Very disappointing.

Ultimately I bought a sewing machine from here because I knew I could count on them to provide top-notch support should I need it, and because I felt confident that Sharon had helped me find the machine that best suited my needs. Highly recommended!
