Please tell me why this free people store takes 3 hour breaks and now on Dec 31 they are closed for cleaning with a sign on the door. I even tried to call twice to confirm they were open but no one’s answering the phone And I drove all the way from San Juan Capistrano.It says on the website that they are open which is supposed to be the most updated information according to their phone recording

Ordered online since I dont live in the states, I made my order on the 20th May, but I haven’t received it till today the 30th June, ansayt says delivered in the tracking website, delivered to an address in Nevada US? They are never available in chat and couldn’t find a way to reach them to understand where is my package.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store and their staff. Always very helpful. Excellent quality of fabrics used for their clothing. It is my all time favorite store by far. I highly recommend this store especially if you like the bohemian look or the hippie type styles. As do I. A must to shop
