I and my sister have gone here for years… We switched from the other tire place, because those people were rude and not very personable…Here at this Big O, they are very personable… I was in and out, without an appointment… I did wait a day to go when they weren’t so busy… I went in the morning, and was completely back in my car within 20 minutes!

Have to say before I’ve had issues here But Now under new management I’d have to say there is a Big improvement definitely would recommend this shop to anyone with a stock vehicle stop by talk to Jim or Jesus

I just recently got a lift on my 4Runner through Big O and was super happy with my service. I called to get a quote for a lift kit install on my vehicle and the worker (Robert) said that he had to call their vendor and he would call me back shortly. I was surprised when he called me back within 10 minutes with the answer! Within a few days they received my kit and a few days after that I got my lift! They are super friendly and super efficient.
