Really wish I could give this place a good review. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now getting shoes and other stuff and I’ve been pretty happy with the customer service and merchandise. However, I just recently bought a pair of vans, and while in the store was a bit hesitant to how they were fitting, so I asked the employee (Anthony) how they fit. He proceeded to tell me that they don’t do size charts (the foot measure thing) because all shoes are different. I thought that was a bit odd but figured it was fine. So, without checking the fit of the shoe, even though I asked him to, he just said they’re fine. I asked him if they didn’t fit could I return them, to which he said yes, as long as it was within 2 weeks. So, surprise surprise, they didn’t fit and after one time wearing them out, I figured I needed to bring em in for an exchange. So, I brought them back. However, the same guy who had fitted my shoe was in, and inspected my shoes, and then told me they could take them back. After one wear they were not able to be exchanged because they don’t sell old gear. Anthony, the manager, didn’t properly size, or help out at all. And when I came back to return them, he was incredibly rude to me, saying it wasn’t him who made the shoes dirty. I’m really bummed, but I’m NEVER coming back here, the customer service is trash and the return policy is a scam. I recommend you take your business to another skateshop, preferably where they help customers.

I bought some Vans, and the guys that work there were very helpful… Some local kids came in and employees really took care of them. They gave the kids skating tips and treated them great… That was cool!!!
