Always a pleasant experience for me. Anna assisted me on my most recent visit. She was helpful and patient as she even removed a sweater from the window display mannequin so I could try on the size. The store is nicely merchandised and the temperature set at a comfortable level for trying on clothes. I always leave with a few awesome pieces. I have a cashmere and monili addiction!

Be Aware of artificially inflated prices. Went in with my daughter and got her a dress on 40 % summer sale. At home found the same dress online twice cheaper. When researched for the actual starting price, found that the store price on the label was twice as much as the real starting price. Spoke to the manager Anna, trying to get at least a store credit , but she wasn’t helpful at all. Very disappointing experience.
