My husband went to this store last week on Labor Day around 1pm.My husband wanted to buy a new SIM card and the only worker there told my husband she couldn’t buy the SIM card because he wasn’t authorized when clearly she didn’t even bother looking into the system or try to help whatsoever because he is an authorized user in the account. Neve again going to this store.

Honestly deserves no stars. Manager responded rudely and tried to give me the run around about an issue that I had previously come in for and she has a bad attitude. Keep your personal issues to yourself and if you can’t handle simple questions you should just seek employment elsewhere that doesn’t include customer service. The customers are not always right I agree, but she should have responded in a better manner.
