I discovered TechLOOP when COVID forced the Stanford MicroSoft store to close down – what a gift ! Easily accessible on Santa Cruz Ave. in Menlo Park, and extremely capable and helpful, they managed to replace our office computer and transfer all its software systems and data most efficiently, as well as provide a fully empowered duplicate of a Dell laptop as a safety back-up, all at very fair costs with excellent ongoing support.
