Staff members are very rude, and helpless. They do not give detail explanation, so I was confused what they are saying. It seems that they do not have a good relationship with the Minute clinic in the same location (inside of same CVS). The staff member asked me to book an appointment using the machine first even without telling me where is the machine, and why I should make a appointment using their machine, while other CVS never ask to use the machine before appointment.
