I purchased my iPhone 12 Pro Max on 3/21 & I was right away helped out by Giselle. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a different employee and Giselle called me up right away. The process of me not only of purchasing a new phone but paying a bill and paying off my current phone was really easy with them. Her communication was very well, friendly and pretty much GREAT ! I’ve been helped out by Jackie prior to this months ago and I think the staff here are friendly, professional and helpful. I will definitely come back

I visit this store in Hayward yesterday, they were able to help to help me right away they had the phone I needed, everyone there was happy talking to each other helping each other.I exited the store happy very satisfied with their service. this days is hard to get a good customer service, people are working moody and ruth.
