GREAT customer service! Ask for Jardiel he’s awesome, AND HONEST. He doesn’t try to sale you things you don’t need or not in your budget. I like an honest person in sales, no BS. He has a great attitude and very knowledgeable. If he doesn’t know, he will find out for you and not just guess. This a rare find in t-mobile(just saying)! Some places I go and the sales person is pushy and trying to sale you things not in my budget or just don’t have the need for at the time. He listens and helps you! STAY AWESOME JARDIEL!!

Walked in at 715, was told they were closed even though their doors were still open. Hours are to mall closing at 8. I’ll find another store to do business at. I expect this with other carriers, not with T-Mobile.
