I am a 65-year-old woman; not feeble, but definitely need extra assistance these days. Steven waited on me with one of the most winning personalities smothered in professionalism. He quickly found the windshield wipers that I needed, was quick to agree to come install them for me and went the extra mile by checking the air pressure in my tires as I was pretty convinced that they were too low. He explained to me that they weren’t and assured me that they were fine. I have children and grandchildren that I absolutely adore, and I would adopt Steven any day! Seriously, anytime you come to the Autozone on Tapo Street in Simi Valley, cross your fingers that Steven is the one to assist you. I am very rarely so impressed with somebody that helps me when I’m shopping; and I feel it’s imperative that people like Steven get the accolades they so justly deserve.

I had a dying battery and I went to this Tapo store. Steven B helped me and he was awesome. He installed the battery checked it, my alternator and starter to reassure me it was just my original battery was old. I cannot rate my experience highly enough, I recommend them to everyone.
