We’ve been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. “The wait list is currently approximately 50 minutes.” So I waited an hour to make an exchange, not how I wanted to spend my Friday afternoon, but I needed to make the exchange. After an hour I was told there were still 4 people ahead of me on the waitlist and they didn’t know how much longer it would be. Apparently their employees were feeling uncomfortable allowing 9 people in the store so they were now only allowing 4.My time is valuable, I am disappointed that Lululemon does not appreciate my time. I believe they could have safely and easily allowed me to make an exchange.

I was at the kiosk. First visit to Lululemon. The sales guy was pleasant and helpful. The kiosk had very low stock. Probably due to the holidays. But not unhappy with my visit.
