Switched several prescriptions from another pharmacy to CVS for convenience as CVS is closer to my home. BIG mistake. 1st it takes forever to be waited on at the Drop Off AND Pick Up. I’ve had to wait and get their attention EVERY TIME! One prescription is never in stock and always has to be ordered taking days. It’s a monthy medication and you’d think they would keep it in stock.

Courteous kind and friendly staff, (less one [*1]Pharmacist), extremely helpful and have been for many years since they opened.That being said-[*1] The one Pharmacist who brings this entire CVS experience considerably down is Merilyn. She cannot speak English very well, and has serious issues with her comprehension of the english language.Due to Her incompetence, this store has become dysfunctional less 2 outstanding employees.David and Tina are exceptional outstanding employees. These 2 individuals are as good as it gets!This store would be a 5 Star otherwise!

Although unfortunately they were not in stock with a few items that I needed, the store was clean. A bit of organization would benefit them, other than that good. Employees were nice, but a smile would go a long way…. especially in times like these.
