There was a box on top of this I was told to wait due to (max capacity) I pretty much choosed and wanted the shoes I wanted already without trying them on or being inside they wasted my time by not having them then next thing you know a huge box and on top of this broken box falls on me but I was able to grab it if I was standing a little closer and not having good reflexes I would of been hurt! Specially if it hits someone head like a kid etc they are concerned about max capacity and health but then they end up having a unsafe environment. I rate this one star! Horrible service and so hypocritical.
