We we’re helped by a gentleman named Art. As we were walking around the store I heard him ask an elderly lady if she needed help to her car and he went out and helped her. I heard him walking around the store asking customers if they needed help with anything and by the time we got up to the counter he was the person who was checking us out. Art made the experience of shopping at rite aid a lot more fun and felt like it was a caring environment. I hope that somebody in the rite aid corporate section knows what a wonderful man Art is. He definitely needs to be recognizedand and put into management if he’s not already in.

My gf had a really bad headache so I rushed out to get her some pain reliever and forgot my mask. I walk in and immediately one after another all 3 employees are yelling at me. I quickly cover my face with my hoodie and ask if they have a mask I can buy. They point to a nearby shelf displaying boxes of 10 for $8.99. I don’t need 10 mask I have at least that at home.
