Staff was extremely helpful . Went out of the way to verify if the boots I was interested in were slip resistant. Was on the computer getting me the manufacturer’s description. Would definitely recommend trying them out. Prices were average. Really it was the customer service I received.

The shoes are great. But the customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. I went twice and both times were awful. I have worked multiple customer service jobs before so I know what I am talking about. It was very disappointing and I don’t plan on shopping at Journeys again.

Absolutely love this store and the staff. This is usually where I go for my husband’s shoes and mine they 9 times out of 10 have the shoes I want and if they don’t they can order them and have them shipped to my house. I always have my kids with me and the staff is always very nice and gives them stickers while someone else is helping us with our shoes they are professional but welcoming.
