Macy’s is great store, lots of sales and discounts. BUT shopping watches and jewelry in cases big turn off. No prices. I don’t want to flag down an associate which can take 15 minutes and then have her tell me the prices of all the watches in the cases. So I might have to get my granddaughters watches some place else, cause I just can’t see any prices and this is Seiko, or citizens. ALLl watches in the case.

RED FLAG! I have bought sunglass cases in the past: They used to show me the ones in a hidden drawer – Good proper customer service:) BUT NOW (in the coronavirus era [possibly a coincidence]), the guy directed me to look at the display cases – no hidden drawer – HE SOLD ME EXACTLY THE DISPLAY ONE! HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TOUCHED IT? Yep, I paid for and took home the commonly touched sunglass case. That was the new case I will be using for the sunglasses that I put on my eyes. I will have to sterilize it before I use it. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
