A great experience and customer service. Set up new phone and showed me some pointers in operating my phone. Only negative was the wait because they were busy.
Digital Darkness
Closed before 6pm though sign and website both say 8pm. No note on the door or anything. I need a sim card which I have to get from a store, and these lazy people left early.

Last week I walked in to purchase and Apple Watch. I was greeted by only one person by the name of Bryan Mickel, while the other store employees stood by and said nothing. Bryan Mickel was so good with his customer service skills that he convinced me to buy the Apple Watch at full price from the store. I am so happy to have received his help at this T-mobile location. He is an asset to the company and to this store location.
