Had to get fitted for my cousin’s wedding. The staff here is really nice. They communicate when items have arrived or need to be returned. I can’t speak to the level of service provided to the bride and groom but as far as my experience with picking up and trying on and needing something altered, they were fast and they were really friendly.

Nelly’s Bridal Boutique was my third wedding dress boutique stop and where I found my dress! Nelly’s Boutique had a huge selection of wedding dress designers and price points. I told Nelly the style I was looking for and during the 1-hour appointment I must have tried on 10+ wedding dresses, all recommended by her based on her understanding of what I wanted. During the process, she constantly asks for feedback on my thoughts on the dress I just tried on, so she could refine on what she would suggest next. Unless you are size ~6-10, the sample dress will rarely be in your size no matter which bridal boutique you go to. I’m very petite so all sample wedding dresses I tried on were huge on me. Nelly use clamps to make sure we still get a sense of what the front and back of the wedding dress should look like on me. I could not be happier with what I ended up with!

I LOVE Nelly’s! I can’t say enough good things about this store, and *especially* the owner Nelly. The selection of dresses here is top-notch and all the dresses are beautiful; but it was really Nelly and her helpfulness that set this place apart. I have been to many stores to look for a wedding dress, and of course the sales people want to make a sale. But Nelly is truly honest, and so helpful in making my decision. In an age of Covid where my out-of-town mom/sisters can’t be here with me in person to help shop, Nelly felt like a stand-in mom…she was honest, encouraging, helping me eliminate choices and make decisions. Nelly goes above and beyond in this instrumental decision and does everything she can to make her brides happy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding dress. If you’re in SF as I am, this place is absolutely worth the drive!!!
