Post Pack and Ship had the daunting task of packing up and shipping out a very old very tall grandfather clock to me in Indiana. They took their time and built a specific crate just for this clock and packaged everything up so well that it got to me all in one piece and in perfect order. I called to inquire about packaging an auction won item. Rick at Treasureseekers auction was kind enough to remove the print from the frame. All I wanted was to pay to have it packaged, and provide my own shipping label, leaving me in control of any unforeseen events, i.e. loss, damage, etc. as I have done many dozen times before with other items I have won at auction. I received a return email, Sorry. We don’t use outside labels. Wow, a packaging store that will not package your item unless they can print their own label and charge you more than the shipping actually cost? Correct me if I am wrong. Isn’t a packaging store in the business to package your items? Read the reviews and you will know why. They pad the actual shipping cost.
