i see a lady said that in post which is they said they delivered but shows attempt 3 times and I was home. I called FedEx and lady said it shows they delivered but that signature required is needed from scan info of driver but then she said there is no signature required by original shipper. that is happened to me as well . the problem is a driver . a driver in this area is very lazy

I paid for an international shipment, to my suprise there where additional fees at customes a 800$ fee was required for the package to be released which i was never informed by fed ex of any additional charges,i paid fed ex 189$ to ship a package that never arrived to it’s destination they returned my package but kept my money,I’m very dissatisfied with the service I basically gave them my money for nothing I think the company should not do business internationally if they will burn the customer, I would not recommend fed ex DHL charges more but the package will not have any issue I’d rather pay more for better service.
