Best Buy at Arden is my favorite location. Parking is ample and staff working at Best Buy are knowledgeable and professional. They don’t work on commission so no more long waits and price match is always handy. To be clear, if you know a better price at Walmart, Amazon or target just show them to associate and they will price match for you. If you use Best Buy credit card you will get 6, 12, 18 or 24 month to pay without Interest depend on the purchase amount. That is cool. So stop by any Best Buy near you and have fun shopping.

Make sure when u buy online, they actually have it IN STOCK AT THE STORE. when I ordered online, it DIDN’T say ‘out of stock’. They told me at the store & I had to ask so how do I get the item I ordered from you?? She had to go ask her supervisor what to do. Apparently I had to wait a week before it shipped to their store. That info would’ve been nice to know before I paid for it on the site & get to the store for them to tell me they don’t have it. Then we get there, the guy employees who brought our TV out looked at our SUV & told us ‘it’s not going to fit’. Didn’t want to bother with it basically. My bf told them nevermind I got it. Within a few minutes, myself (6 months pregnant) and my bf fit it in the back just fine. Pretty annoying that they didn’t wanna bother with it when it only took a little rearranging.

I love this place. Great prices and items in stock. Got a 4K UHD TV for a smoking deal. They even loaded it for me. The customer service here has been a 50/50 hit or miss. At last I got a floor representative that took time with me and answered my questions and directed me around. The result…a sale. His name was Juan. Thank you Juan and keep up the professionalism (even when you’re surrounded by team members not doing their job). Happy with my new new modern glorious smart TV & sound.
