So as far as will Call you will be told to go there between 9 AM and 5 PM BUT you will not be able to receive your package until 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM and the lady checking health guidelines is a liar of stolen valor claiming she was in war but as a veteran I knew different by the questions she couldn’t answer correctly that I asked. Just easier to have it delivered. The lady ( who actually helped me that ACTUALLY works there) was great and friendly bumping it back up to 4 stars!!

Staffs are looking at their phones even when they are talking to you! I wonder where is the Manager. I am not even talking about my package is missing and they can’t get it deliver the same package 3 times/days. Staffs are angry with you if you take a wrong step! There is no sense of customer service at all! I will do my bast to not use such a company has no customer service and such a staffs that even does bother to look at you but their phones, on top of it you got yelled at!! Great job guys. That’s how you build your brand with great management!!!
