Came to the store at 8:55 pm to buy a certain item. The store is open until 9 pm. The store was already closed and the employees were leaving, the manager said that the store was closed at 8:50 so that the employees left at 9. I have a question! How then are the opening hours until 9pm? This is the official opening hours. It would take me 5 minutes to make a purchase of one specific product. I don’t understand … then you have to indicate work until 8:50 so that people do not waste time to go there, this is a consumer deception. And I don’t understand how you can behave like that in retail, poor poor owner, because of such employees he loses clients and money…
