Quick service. I came at 12 on a Friday and it was pretty empty. The employees were polite and didn’t push and add ons. The process was quick and painless. I was in and out in 15 mins. I like that I know exactly what oil I was getting. Will definitely come back since this place is close to my work

RUN! Do not go here! I bought a used truck and they had previously used this location to get their oil changes done (Their sticker was on the windshield and the report showed they consistently used this shop). I do my own oil changes and when I tried to do my first as the new owner of the truck, I was unable. They wailed down on the oil drain plug WAY over tightening it! I’ve tried using vice grips and hitting it with a mini sledge hammer and it still doesn’t budge. I had to stop so I don’t ruin it more. This huge mistake shows how incompetent they are. The ordeal has caused one huge headache. This is going to cost me money to get a mechanic to try and get the plug out and the cost of a replacement. I would strongly urge that you do not trust this shop with your car!Update: It’s been over a month since I shared my email and phone number with the representative and have not heard anything from anyone. Not even a simple we’re sorry for the headache and cost we put you through. Don’t fall for the fact they appear to be doing their job to appease their upset customers. If the fact they do a horrible job doesn’t make you bring your car to them, hopefully the TERRIBLE customer service will!

They took the time to explain what they were going to do, and let me know what they were doing through every step of the process. They took the time to explain why they were using the type of oil they were using for my vehicle. If you need your oil changed you should go here.
