I always check the parts before I leave the store. I encourage you to do so in this store…I did order an o2 sensor. The item in the box was out of the sealed bag and the cooper paste sample was not inside… the Thread was full of cooper paste with mark on the thread that shows it was screwed in. I told them that sensor was not new. They argued that o2 sensor always come with cooper paste already applied and no I won’t get a discount because the sensor is new.Told me if I wanted to be reimburse because they don’t understand why I don’t take the part.They then started to talk in my back.Total lack of customer service. At least their is always RockAuto if you want cheaper AND NEW PARTS!Last time in this store.
