At about 10:20am this morning, a Sunday, the kindest most respectful young man took my order during drive-up order. Equally kind and so respectful delivering my order at the window. My only regret is not getting his name for proper props. Somebody raised this young man well, or he has made fine choices in life to provide excellence in customer service contact. Kudos. My special order breakfast food was perfect.Thank you.

Peppercorn mushroom burgerAbsosoulutly awful. 🙁 The bun was saturated with grease as well as the rest of the sandwich. Take a look at the grease and cheese ( in pictures took and posted), the cheese looked like paper, dried and you could see through it. I decided to drive 10 minutes back to Wendy’s; this burger was absolutely disgusting and not even edible.As I arrived to explain why I was back with my burger, I was given the response from the manager We don’t sell pictures, we sell burgers ( Managers response was to the picture I had pulled up on my phone from advertisement)Oh and I waited 10 minutes for my order prior to getting it originally, if I was waiting that long, I would think my food was going to be fresh. Absolutely awful.

The food was good as well as the customer service. But $22 for a #1 and a salad is kinda high. I don’t know if prices are higher up north seeing I’m from Florida.
