Don’t believe this is a real Verizon. The manager, or the person imitating a manger, there refused to give a business card or email address.Told me the offer on my account was fake and wanted me to pay full price and turn my phone over.Either they don’t know what they are doing or just don’t care. Worst experience as a long time Verizon customer. Went to another location where they provided the service I needed and basically told me the opposite of what this location told me.This location told me wrong information about my account billing and just the services in general.I would advise to go to a Verizon location that knows their product and cares about customer service.Verizon should not allow this owner to represent them.

Angelo was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with when coming into a Verizon store. I always dread having to go into a store because they are always so busy, but Angelo made the experience great.
