This place has turned into one of the worst ones I’ve been to . Super slow drive thru and they can’t get an order right to save their lives. The manager hates her job and it shows . The owner must not care either. Must be he likes losing money .

Went through the drive-thru on 9/2 to pick up a bagel for breakfast. Ordered a plain bagel with butter and an orange juice. They confirmed the order at the window, but gave me a bagel with cream cheese. Even if I liked cream cheese, I wouldn’t have eaten this disgusting bagel where the cream cheese was just glopped on with no attempt to spread it. I didn’t have time to go back and get a refund, so I just threw it out. I won’t waste my time in the future.

The one shift manager was very rude and disrespectful. I believe her name was either Michelle or Erin. I was waiting for my coffee inside on my phone checking my messages. I was the only one inside and I kid you not I waited maybe 5 minutes for a ice coffee (ONLY ITEM I PURCHASED!) I received a text message from work ,and as I was replying to the message the shift manager then screamed at me .”EXCUSE ME YOUR NOT ALLOWED IN HERE THERE IS SIGHS CLEARLY ALL OVER THE PLACE.” This is not how a supervisor speaks to a customer after slow service. All the other employees are nice ,and respectable.
