Poor customer service. If you need something from Verizon you better order them online. They should update their website that this facility is only open for curbside pickup. I was told by a Verizon employee that you have two options order your items online and go to the store to curbside pick up.

Alfredo the manager is awesome. Verizon is lucky to have him as a manager. He made sure I had everything activated and then showed me how to transfer everything. Told me just to come back if I had any problems. This is customer service this is not what I expected thank you so much Alfredo for the wonderful customer service. They only let you get 5 stars but hes a 10 plus. If you want a Verizon phone in your in Bakersfield go to The Valley plaza mall make sure Alfredo or one of his other great employees helps you. You made my day because you made this so much easier than I thought it would be thank you Alfredo have a great year.
