Verlon was able to cut through the misinformation served up by AT&T’s various phone support personnel (including senior advisors and managers) to solve a complex account issue and set me up with a great, discounted phone plan. His calm and reassuring demeanor was exactly what my frayed nerves needed after wasting dozens of hours on the phone. I was able to sit and enjoy the spectacular news of the Biden Harris victory and charge my phone while he took care of everything on the other side of as small plexiglass barrier. If you have any business to do with AT&T ditch the 1-800 number and reach out to Verlon at the Flatbush Ave store directly. You won’t regret it!!
