Amazing experience. Called around 8:30 am & spoke to Lilly I believe, super kind, they had someone out to me by 4:30 the same day! Didn’t get the guys name but super nice & worked very quickly. Super affordable & will definitely recommend to others.

We ordered 10 custom windows from them in Early December. Their employee came and measured our windows. About 2 weeks later, 6 windows arrived. 3 were the wrong size and had to be reordered. A week or two later, 2 more windows arrived and both were the wrong size. The 3 original replacements arrived and 1 was still the wrong size. Then the 2 second replacements arrived and they were the wrong size. We then got the correct size on the original replacement. The 2 replacements for the second set of windows came a few weeks later (third try for these) and they were the wrong color. So, it is now in mid March and we have 5 of 10 windows. By my count there have been 10 wrong sized windows delivered, but honestly it is getting hard to keep track. There is no indication of when we might actually get the remaining 5 windows that were ordered almost 4 months ago. It’s been 4 weeks since we ordered the 4th versions of some windows. We haven’t heard a word from these guys. We have plastic covering our open windows all winter. Meanwhile, they are calling our contractor and demanding payment on all windows.Update 3/18: the windows they got wrong 3 times were available today. And they were the wrong size AGAIN. They got these two basic windows, which they measured, wrong 4 TIMES and counting.
