Usually very friendly, helpful employees have been less so the last couple of times I’ve visited. Usually they insist upon showing me where an item is located and answering questions, for example. Still miles better customer service than Home Depot.Good selection of a quite large range of items in all departments. Their Christmas department has more kinds of lights than I knew existed, and more decorations than some department stores.Extra registers were quickly opened before there were more than two people in line. Prices are about average, from what I’ve noticed.

Will was super helpful in helping me get the right lockset for my old house. I am not sure I could have got the same service from our one and only locksmith here in Petaluma. I brought in my old one and told him what I needed that was different about the one I wanted to change out and he figured it out in no time.

The nursery staff was helpful as always. I’m terrible with names, but the blonde guy really knows his stuff. Outdoor plants looked mostly great, indoor looked like customers have been jostling them around too much- lots of broken stems and leaves.
