We made a phone call first to ask about the products they had in stocks. Carlos helped us find one that worked for us, held it aside till we could get there( we live an hour away) made sure it was assembled and ready to go. He also continued to give us his undivided attention while we were there. This shop is great. I would highly recommend Carlos and Cyclery USA to anyone!

Excellent experience. I was looking all over for the right bike for a Christmas gift. Spoke to Carlos and he said he had 2 in the shop. I showed up and he had the bike all ready for me.
