I went in looking to buy paint for my entire house. Im not a professional and figured I would go where I could talk to a human and get help. Man was I wrong. I didn’t get the guy’s name but its a balding dude behind the register (nothing against bald people. Just the main thing I remember) was rude AF. A lot of attitude because i didn’t have the exact name of the paint so he grunts and walks away without saying anything. Comes back with a paper color section and puts the little binder on the counter, with plenty of attitude says you can pick something from here- and walks away. Didn’t offer help. Maybe he’s not happy at his job. While I was looking for colors I over heard him talk to another customer in a rude way/tone. Considering how expensive they are, it surprised how they have bad service. I’m now on my way to Lowes.

They were very pleasant to work with. I have a can of paint that previous owners left, I brought that with me, he scanned the label and mixed the same paint for me.
