My husband went to UPS Store 4382 In Placentia to return a Amazon pkgs at 2:21 8/4/20.He was waited on by a very rude female unfortunately he did not get her name.It was as if she was bothered by having customers.Maybe she should rethink .. if she has no customers, she has no job…I don’t understand why would this store want a rude individual working & representing their trademark.She also informed him she did not want his Amazon box & to take it with him.Just saying maybe this store should watch how the customer’s are treated in the near future…
